Darrell and Jennifer together have more than 20 years of experience in the real estate realm. Darrell graduated from Texas State in 1999 with a Bachelors of Business Administration, pursued his Realtor® license in 2008 and has been a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Heritage since 2013. He also has a Certified Luxury Real Estate Agent (CLRA) designation. Jennifer’s love for real estate began when she was a child spending time with her grandfather and great grandfather visiting personal investment and rental properties in Houston. She went on to become a top producing New Home Consultant for Newmark Homes and then with Jimmy Jacobs Custom Home, the number one custom home builder in Central Texas. Jennifer also became a licensed Realtor® in 2013. Through the years, she has grown her real estate knowledge and gained the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designations. Darrell and Jennifer personally understand the value of constant communication, detailed process management and teamwork to accomplish the goals of your home, which they see as so much more than just a structure, but a personal space that you celebrate and experience the milestones of your life. They reside in New Braunfels with their daughters, Sloan (10), Avery (9), and their family pets, Lucy (a 9 year old rescue Shih-poo) & Scout (a 1 year old German Shorthaired Pointer - GSP). The family are active supporters and members of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and School, Comal County 4-H Club, Knights of Columbus, and various organizations.

Jennifer really knew her stuff in a changing market.

Jennifer went the extra mile in all aspects of the real estate sale process. From listing, to open house, to getting offers and then pumping us up when a deal fell through, to the final details before closing; Jennifer was there for us with encouragement and the right advice. She was always “spot on” in her professionalism and know how. Even when the market became a bit less of a sellers market, she reacted to it and got the job done correctly. If we still lived in New Braunfels and needed to buy or sell a house there, we wouldn’t hesitate going right back to Jennifer.
