Jen was always on top of everything. Not only did she help sell our house. She also helped us buy our new house. During our showing Jen came over and walked our dogs so the house could be shown while we were at work. During part of our going though model home and talking to the agent. We had to have our 2 year granddaughter with us. So we could be more in turn with what the agent was telling us Jen took our granddaughter into the other room and played with her to keep her happy. We couldn’t have found or asked for a better realtor than Jen.

We received Jennifer’s information from a local FB group. We called her out of the blue, when we were down house hunting from New Jersey. It was a Friday afternoon, she dropped what she was doing to help us with our relocation. For the next couple of weeks she was very organized and prepared for our open house visits. Her communication was great. Since we lived in NJ looking for homes in Summerville. She was great with our kids. And her knowledge about the area was very helpful, in deciding where to buy. I have already referred to a friend who is possibly moving down. She is a great representative of her company.

Jennifer Kosman was very helpful. It was our first time buying a house. She helped us find houses to look at. She will meet you to look at houses during the week and even weekends. She was able to answer any questions we had and if she doesn't know the answer she finds out. Jennifer was very kind and patient with us because we looked at a bunch of houses but she never gave up. I recommend using her as your realtor.

My family was moving from New Jersey to South Carolina, so we drove down to the area just to drive around and look at the neighborhoods by ourselves. When we were about an hour away I realized, to make the most of our trip we should probably have a realtor that can actually tell us more about these neighborhoods and get us in some houses. So I went onto my Facebook Summerville page and looked through all the people that reached out and said they could help because they were realtors and Inpicked Jen because she looked like someone I would connect with, I was 100% right! I called her on that drove down and she dropped everything she was doing and met us to show us houses! In 2 trips down we found our house. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. I would recommend her to anyone!
