I have bought and sold property with Jennifer. I have stuck with her because she is a hardworking, down to business professional. Most recently I had a tenant do over $30K damage to my property and I live out of state. She took on the role of general contractor for me. She obtained bids, scheduled work, and was quick to communicate every step of the way. Additionally I was on a tight deadline to avoid having to pay capital gains tax. While under contract, COVID-19 caused the state to begin shutting down, but she was able to navigate the system to make it still happen with time to spare.
