We had our condo on the market at the same time as others in our HOA and our condo was shown far more often than the condos of our neighbors. Jennifer works with a house showing scheduling company that notifies you in advance and provides options for date and time for house showings. They also provide buyer feedback which was immensely beneficial as it helped us understand what buyers were looking for. The administrative staff, headed up by Barbara, is on top of everything and kept us constantly informed as to what was happening. If we were to sell again I would definitely work with Jennifer and her team and I highly recommend her to others.
