Before meeting Jennifer I've worked with 2 other agents and didn't feel like a priority. Making my househunting unpleasant and a waste of time. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and responsive. She answered all my questions and had referred a layer and an inspector making my life easier. Surpassing my expectations I highly recommend Jennifer in your house hunting. Jennifer is great in that she explains everything in a way you'll understand and if you don't understand, she'll make sure you do. If I had a question, she had the answer and if she didn't have the answer, she found me the answer and always promised to get back to me by the end of the day - even if it was to tell me she was still trying to get an answer. This agent's communication is awesome. She helped us set realistic expectations which took off a lot of stress from us since we were also in the process of buying a home. If you are going to use her, listen to her because she knows her stuff and will not let you down! This has been the best experience of my entire life and I can't believe how easy she made it. Definitely recommend!

We were nervous about selling our home but Jennifer alleviated our fears through her extreme work ethic. This agent is unreal!! Over 130 people attended our open house and we sold it within 24 hours. Her description of our property was incredible and we even continued to get interested people and backup offers weeks after we'd already accepted an offer. People wanted our house. Jennifer is an amazing agent who communicated clearly and didn't leave us guessing at all during the process of buying our home.
