Our home was an older house that was not easy to sell. Although it is solid, it was also in need of some updates. We had listed it for cash or conventional mortgage as we did not want to deal with repairs we would likely need to make for an FHA or VA loan. Jen had an interested client who would have to do an FHA loan. She worked with her buyer to develop a reasonable offer and convinced us to try the FHA route. Jen was very responsive and communicative, giving us all the paperwork that we needed to complete in a timely fashion, explaining things as necessary, and responding quickly to any questions we had. She even made some minor updates to our house herself to help it meet FHA requirements. Thanks to Jen's hard work and determination to help us and the buyer, everything worked out and we were able to close the sale of our house this past week, one week earlier than we had anticipated. Without Jen, I'm sure that our house would still be on the market and we would still be carrying two mortgages and expenses to maintain two homes.
