Jennifer was a more than we could have asked for in our home buying process. From the very start, she listened to our needs and valued our time. After a few showings, we found the home we wanted! Even though there were multiple offers, some even higher than ours, Jennifer advocated and fought for us to get the home! She had professional and congenial rapport with all parties involved. Unfortunately, a day after we closed, our water heater misfired and flooded our basement. As much of a headache as this was being new homeowners, Jennifer relieved a lot of our stress. She was our first call when we found out about the flood, and she immediately responded and bending over backwards so our expenses did not land soley on our shoulders. She sent out her recommended plumber and moved mountains so we could enjoy our new home. Little did she know, her hardest work as our realtor would be after the closing on our house.
