Everything you would want & ask in a realtor.
When Jennifer reached out to me it was because accidentally clicked on a house on the Redfin App. So, let's just call this a fortunate accident. At the time we weren’t ready then and told her when we were we would reach out. Normally when you tell a person in Sales, they will continue to bug you every week and also email you every day about homes but surprisingly, I didn’t see or hear anything. (BTW I still get calls, texts and emails to this day from realtors in Texas and they been informed of our move!!!) For the most part buying a home isn't the most enjoyable to almost heartbreaking for someone such as myself. Especially when you and your wife come to an agreement on what type of house, the location and price it almost felt like we were setting up ourselves for disappointment. It just seemed like every house no matter what we did we were too low, too slow or even worse the seller had even more expectations than you did. One of the things that impressed me was when my wife was simply in aww of a house, but Jennifer somehow knew it wasn't the house that was great, so she asked her to imagine the house with the furniture. To me that was a true sign of professional. Admittedly, I wanted to put a pause because of how the market was. However, throughout the process Jennefer kept telling us there is a house for us it's just that we haven't found it yet. We stayed the course and with her help we found the perfect house for us and both very happy first-time homeowners. As headline says...She was everything and more in a realtor that we could ask for. Thank you, Jennifer! We can now be one of them annoying people that say "I have a realtor for you" when we hear someone in the market for a house...
