We met Jennifer by pure chance when we decided to visit an open house she was holding. From that point on, we cannot emphasize how wonderful EVERYTHING is that she does. Jennifer is exactly what we wanted in a real estate agent: honest, picky, looks out for you, fair, knows her job, is professional and is the complete package. We ended up working with her to buy our new home (she was the listing agent and also was our agent) as well as selling our current home. Jennifer worked to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. On the selling end, she helped us stage the home and worked tirelessly to get us $5K over asking in under a week! She had a complete strategy to sell our home and did it ever work.
