Jennifer represented both the seller, initially, and then we, the buyers. We felt she had our best interests at heart the entire proceedings and did not favor one side over the other. She was in communication with us at all times; often challenging with 4 co-signers on our buyers' end. Jennifer handled it all with ease, knowledge, and assurance.
