No matter what day of the week it was when we had a question, for example, on a Sunday night, she would message back almost immediately with our answer. Jennifer is an excellent agent, she made expert recommendations like referring a staging expert, pricing adjustments and kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process. She also wen above and beyond checking on our home during a Texas freeze, turning the faucets on, and even moved stuff we forgot in the garage after the home was sold. She let us know it is harder to sell around the holidays, especially during a very slow market, which is when we listed our home but SHE SOLD THE HOME!!! We were so thrilled to get an offer on December 30th and closed January 30th. She was also very attentive during the closing process. I would go with Jennifer as an agent again if given the chance.
