Before we get too far into 2024 I wanted to make sure I wrote this long overdue review! This past summer Jennifer helped us find our new home in the Treasure Valley! She was beyond amazing and we will 100% be recommending her to all our family and friends! We felt she was extremely knowledgeable, honest, somehow always made herself available, and did not mess around when it came to negotiating! Relocating with little ones and horses while trying to buy was so stressful. Jennifer went above and beyond for us by finding us a rental willing to do month to month and furthermore by finding a place for us to board our horses! We are so grateful to have worked with her to find the perfect home!
Jen was amazing! We were buying and selling and felt so lucky to have Jen on our team! Jen went above and beyond when our buyer had a delay and our sellers agent was being very difficult. Jennifer has got us the first house we toured during Boise home-finding trip. She has worked perfectly for us with prompt communication, expert input and relevant experience in Boise market. Though we were not able to see the houses in person, Jennifer would give a detailed video tour that greatly helped to shortlist the homes we liked. Home buying process can get very stressful right from selection to closing phase but Jennifer had made the journey process pretty smooth and successful for us!
