She worked very hard. She even gave up personal / family timr to help us. Also very patient . We were unknowlegeable and she helped us to understand all the paperwork. We are not saying this because she is our niece, she really does exhibit all of these attributes. At first we were with Quicken Loans when we were reminded of Jennifer's profession and decided to try her. And we are really glad we did.

Jennifer went above and beyond to close on my house. When I gave up she was right there with hope and other options to push me along! She kept a great attitude through the whole process and made it easy for me to understand everything that was going on. It was nice to have someone with experience and a positive attitude when I was so unfamiliar and frustrated half the time. Home buying is not easy and it is not quick but Jennifer's efforts and encouragement made all the difference. =)
