Jennifer was referred to us by the selling agent. We didn't have an agent because in the past, we had bad experiences. We never had an agent who would be truthful about everything until we met her. She was fast and we learned a lot from her. We got ups and downs during our journey finding the perfect home but she was amazing ! We ended up selling our house, buying a house, buying a house to flip, selling that house and buying a land to flip. We met dishonest agents along the way. When you find a great realtor, you keep him/her. Real estate agents seem to be popping up at every corners but only a handful of them are good. If you want to close on your house quickly, consider hiring her.. she makes things happen... even miracles.
