If you are not local and interested in The Cape, Jennifer is the only choice!

We were looking for a summer home in the Cape, while we lived elsewhere. Using the online systems we looked at may different properties. We bounced them off Jen and she had great insight to the all. Once we settled on a couple properties, we met on the Cape. Jen was always ready to drive out and see a property we found online and tell us about it. In fact it was her initial Assessment of the one we bought that had us get in the car and drive right up To see it.
