So, we really lucked out when Jennifer responded to our request through realtor.com! She listened to what we were looking for and showed us houses from Crestview to Bonifay. We were from out of the area, but she always managed to work with our schedule. Jennifer made sure to let us know when new listings we might be interested in came on the market. Our purchase was contingent on the sale of our existing home and at times we thought that would never happen, but Jennifer stuck with us despite our meager budget. Once we had a contract on our old house and had selected a new home, she really went to work. Anything we needed done, she got done, including lining up inspectors, getting estimates for work that needed to be done, and working with our out of town agent to make sure things went as smooth as possible with both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house. On the day we moved into our new house, Jennifer was there to help out. She supervised the movers while we went to get our utilities turned on. If there was any way Jennifer could have done more, I certainly can't imagine what it would be. She was there for us 100%. She helped keep things in perspective and helped to keep me calm when things weren't going great with the sale of our old house. In short, she is a real estate superstar!
