Jennifer convinced us to list our home, we did, and within days we had an offer at full asking price. While all this sounds remarkable, our thoughts were, Jennifer knew exactly the market, knew that by listing it when we did the offers would come in. Yes they did, in fact, there were several on the table within days and we could select the one we felt best about. I'm almost certain if memory serves me, we weren't even sure the new home deal was a "done deal" when we accepted the offer. To rate our experience with Jennifer, we would give her an excellent review. She was able to list, and sell our home in such a manner it was a simple process that we needed. From listing to closing, she made it effortless for us.

Selling a house in the middle of a pandemic and with a new baby is definitely not an ideal situation. However, Jennifer was so amazing at helping us navigate every turn we faced! Communication is key for me when it comes to understanding what is going on and she was so good at explaining things, finding out what we wanted to know, helping us keep our family safe by communicating our requests for protective gear during showings, and graciously asking when was a good time for people to come look since we had a new baby and we all know babies operate on their own schedule. After we found a buyer she was immensely helpful with all the paperwork and things we needed with that. She walked us though every single thing and helped us understand it all in the most stress free way possible. I feel so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
