We moved to the Traverse City area June this year (2021)! We originally bought a house we knew was a little to small for us! So we decided to see what else was out there! Luckily we found Brenna! Our family can't say enough great things about working with Jennifer. We live a couple hours from the Traverse City area and typically get the "why don't we move here" itch each summer because we enjoy the area so much. I've never personally met Jennifer, my wife was able to meet for an initial walk through when the property first hit the market, but for 3+ years we would reach out to her thinking we were ready to make the move or a purchase. Each time she heard our wants / needs and was helpful and offered the right suggestions on what areas would be the prudent investment. She could have sold us any property but patience and sound investment advice won the day. Nonetheless, we were more or less just kicking the tires, but she treated us like we were still the most important clients. Always. This October we finally stopped kicking the tires and couldn't have asked for a better agent to continue representing us. Despite living out of the area, she coordinated the needed contractors to get a better understanding of the property needs based on our home inspection. Through this she was able to re-negotiate a new purchase price on our behalf and leave both parties more than happy with the final outcome. Prior to closing and us not being able to make it back to Traverse City, she did a facetime walk-through of the property to make sure the sellers had left the property in the proper condition for the ownership change. While this was an unusual, for us, way to purchase a property, I can say unequivocally that we felt 100% comfortable with the process from start to finish and it was because of Jennifer's great knowledge of the area, her hand holding during the buying / selling process, and always going above and beyond for her clients...even if we were just kicking tires for 3 years.

We have purchased 4 houses over the last 30 years and Brenna Russell is by far the best realtor we have ever had.
