My wife and I were living in Minnesota, I was being transferred to Florida for work and because of that, we found ourselves in need of a home there. We met Jennifer through a friend and although it was against my better judgement, we just didn't have the time to make it to Florida for house hunting, but Jennifer was up for the challenge!
