I would highly recommend Jenn Hall to handle the sale of your home! In my case it was a Mobile Home which is more complicated to sell! She was also the one who suggested other options to receive the proceeds sooner which I used the Wire Transfer option which only cost $10 to send $5000! Jenn always has your best interests the priority! Jenn also manages to run her Real Estate business while working as a teacher during the week which is commendable on her part!
