I first reached out to Jennifer about three years ago, but ultimately decided not to sell my house at that time. Throughout the years, Jennifer maintained contact, and shared with me information relative to the housing market without overwhelming me. Furthermore, she never tried to pressure me into a contract in order for her to answer my questions or share information. Once I decided to sell my house, I reached back out to Jennifer to begin the process. She and her Jaye were very informative and patient with me the entire time. During Jennifer’s initial walkthrough, she made recommendations on necessary and unnecessary upgrades. As a result, I accepted an offer for the asking price within a week. I have already recommended Jennifer to a former neighbor and will continue recommending her, as she is prompt, knowledgeable, honest and an effective communicator.
