The first time we entertained the idea of selling our first home, my wife and I had a lot of mixed emotions, anxiety, stress, and uncertainty about how things would go. I contacted a friend (an out-of-state real estate agent I knew from my time in the military) who referred us to Mrs. Jessie Goldman, and what a blessing that was. Her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are second to none. Her presence and enthusiasm squashed any anxiety, stress, or trepidations we had of the process by providing knowledgeable feedback. She never pressured us to do anything we didn't feel comfortable with, yet was always present to provide advice when requested. And to be completely honest, we needed a lot of advice. The greatest takeaway from our experience with Jessie was that she was more than just a real estate agent. Our concerns were her concerns. Our fears were her fears. Our excitement was her excitement. In short, we didn't gain a real estate agent; we gained a friend, who happens to be a real estate agent. We unequivocally believe in her, her process, and her abilities to buy and sell a property and will recommend her to everyone.

My experience with Jessie was tremendous. It was quick, efficient and she met the goals I had in mind when selling my home. In terms of the preparations, the pre-planning and photos of the home before listing to having shows from the beginning of the home being listed went a long way. Also because of Jessie's relationships I felt I had the best team working for me. Which leads me to, Jessie was also my relator when building my new home and I would highly recommend Jessie for this area as it really made a difference having another person on your side to help through the process, to help when questions arise with the builder, to give you honest feedback and a wealth of great resources if you need to shop for service (i.e. your loan). I can honestly say that without Jessie's assistance my new home wouldn't have turned out how well it did. I'm beyond thrilled.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Jessie as our Real estate agent. She is the most sincere, efficient and friendly agent one could ask for. She worked with us through out the loan approval process as well - always willing to answer questions or offer help! She started off as our agent and now we consider her a friend! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone at any time.

Due to Jessie professional manner, I felt confident and secure through the entire transaction. I could tell she has my best interest and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at each stage of the transaction. I will be using her for life!

Jessie did a great job every step of the way. The house sold in 2 days which was amazing. She was very responsive to our questions and any needs we had. Highly recommend her to sell your home.

Jim and I came across Jessie by sheer chance. We had a meeting with her to discuss the possible sale of our home that we loved because we put our heart and souls into building it. After the meeting, we were convinced that Jessie would be the best custodian to represent our home to the market. How right were Jim and I? This elegant lady did not only show to us that she had the knowhow but she also demonstrated to us that she genuinely cared and understood our emotional attachment to the house. We could go on describing all the kindness and goodness we saw in this person but it would take many pages of writing to describe her. We would like to think that you will get the message I am trying to relay to you about Jessie. I would never hesitate for a moment to use her again and recommend her not only to friends but family as well.
