Simply put, Jen is a gem. We could not be more thankful for our agent Jen Girard. We wanted a home that we could move into with little work. It was our first home in CO and nervous for which areas would be a good fit. She has great knowledge of south Denver market down to Castle Rock. She's honest, she communicates well. She was extremely patient with us. Showing us options for months. Jen helped us land a great home that was barely in the market. She dealt with the selling family and bank perfectly. She was knowledgeable, prompt and very professional. She made sure that everything went smoothly. Since we know from other horror stories how things could go wrong we are so thankful we had Jen Girard working for us!
