My words cant even express the amount of love I have for Mrs.Garth, she was there by my husband and I side the ENTIRE TIME, it didn’t matter what time of day it was she was there. She made this process for us as smoothly as she could. This lady wears many hats and we are so grateful to have found her, at times when I thought about giving up on this first time buyers shindig she would make sure we where treated great and have everything my family of 5 needed, and major plus is after we closed she was able to get us to walk away with money in our pocket. I will never use anyone else EVER!!! She will always be our “go to” Reailtor. Mrs.Garth and her family is our family now, she even still keeps in contact and make sure things are still getting done with our new construction. BEST REAILTOR EVER!!!
