Where do I start? Jen treated us like family. She worked SO hard to get both our home sold and help us negotiate and purchase a new one. She showed us houses when we were "just thinking" about it. She talked me off a cliff when I thought it couldn't happen...and then helped make it happen! Jen went above and beyond to sell our house and secured a contract in 5 days: We listed on a Wednesday, she hosted a realtor's open house on Thursday and a public open house on Saturday. By Sunday we had 2 offers and we accepted one on Monday. I know this is unusual and no one should expect that quick of a turn around, but Jen is an excellent realtor! I was really surprised by all the extra things she did--she added solar lights so the sale sign could be seen at night, she brought high quality food/drinks from a local bakery to the open houses, she connected us with an outstanding local loan agent who also helped promote our house, she hired a local professional photographer...the list goes on, I can't even remember all of the sweet little touches. She cares about this community and it shows in her investment in other's businesses and lives (in addition to the local connections she used, Legacy Realty made a donation to the non-profit of our choice for each of the two transactions). She offered multiple walk thru's on the home to make sure all our needs were met. She worked very hard to negotiate the final sale price.
