Once we were in escrow she checked in with us daily so we never felt like we were in the dark. We had not met Jennifer before, but she came recommended by our neighbor who works for the same agency. We had a not so pleasant previous experience in purchasing a home out of State and we were a little concerned about dealing with someone we didn't know. That was not the case here at all, Jennifer was extremely communicative and reassuring with the home buying process. She knows the Chico area well and gave us great insight. She knows various Vendors in the area to get the required Inspections done and we were very pleased with their reports. We were in agreement on so many items that tend to pop up when trying to purchase a home. I think at one point we were communicating via texts/email/phone calls daily. After my 30 years in the Fire service, I enjoyed working with someone who is a Professional and tries to provide the best service possible. Overall it was a great experience working with her and having her deal with things since we lived 3.5 hrs away. If you need an Agent, we highly recommend her.
