I bought a house and she was my agent. There were some issues like extra expenses and taxes that I had asked about but received bad info. I also used her for the sale of my clarkston house and the paperwork was all messed up. Ata was the title company. She failed to tell me about a special assessment and it showed up on the closing papers the evening before. She tried brushing it off and said her broker said it would have prevented a mortgage if the buyer paid it. I feel that was a lie. It wasn’t a huge amount but I need all the money I can get. I don’t like being lied to and I don’t like being taken by someone I hired. I closed today and have paid for snowplowing for the next 3 years for my buyer. I never would have agreed to that. In the end I bought and then sold from them and they got their money but I did not. I thought I could trust that she was doing her job. We discussed special assessments.I had to give her one star. Would have gave hr a zero after how she handled closing day!!!
