This was our second time working with Jennifer. We used her the first time to buy our house. We enjoyed working with her so much, that we used her to sell our house as well! We had a unique situation where we were trying to sell a house while living overseas, so we needed to use someone we could completely trust and had complete confidence in, which was Jennifer! First off, she really has a deep understanding of the market in NoVA where we lived, and we really trusted her insights into the value we could extract from the house and where it sat relative to comparable properties given the market conditions back in July 2022. Secondly, she is somebody we felt comfortable giving complete control to the whole process since we were overseas. We really trusted her judgment when it came to decisions regarding which repairs where necessary to prepare the house for sale and which were not, what needed to be staged, pictures, etc, literally everything. On top of that, we had tenants that were somewhat difficult to deal with and she did an amazing job navigating that challenging situation as well. Overall, we ended up with an offer and experience that we were very happy with, again. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone interested in buying or selling their property. We have used her twice as our agent, and I can say unequivocally that I always felt she was fighting for our best interest and she is someone you can place complete trust in.
