Jennifer Elgin has been a resident of Anderson her entire life. She and her husband Greg live in Belton and have 2 wonderful children; Austin and his wife Mackenzie, and Hailey.and her husband Wes. She welcomed her first GRANDCHILD, Barrett, in May of 2025. Her hobbies include wreath making and crafting. She loves to spend time with her family at the lake and football games (GO TIGERS!!). Jennifer and her family enjoy serving in various places in the community and at their church. Jennifer is a graduate of Crescent High school and holds an associates degree in computer science. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills have yielded a successful career in sales and management spanning almost 30 years. Jennifer's love for real estate started when she first worked as a leasing agent for an apartment complex. She became a licensed realtor in 2008. She received her brokers license in 2018. She is a member of the Western Upstate Association of Realtors , Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Anderson Chamber of Commerce, and the Belton Alliance. In addition to being a BROKER , Jennifer also holds an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation, short sale and foreclosure designation (SFR), Residential Construction Certification(RCC), Certified New Home Specialist(CHNS), and she holds VA Loan Specialist Certification. Jennifer is a great negotiator, she is knowledgeable, goal oriented and driven.
