I can’t express how thankful we are to have found Jenn. As first time home buyers she was excellent at explaining the steps, communicating with us at all hours of the day, and was constantly on top of finding houses we may have been interested in. It took us a while and we looked at a lot of properties, at points we felt defeated when our offers were beat out, but Jenn stuck with us and made every experience an enjoyable one. She was quick with paperwork and answering questions we had. Jenn genuinely cared about what we wanted and found us our perfect home. She held our hand through the whole process and made our lives so easy from start to finish. I can’t recommend Jenn enough, not only for first time buyers but for anyone. If and when the time comes, we will be working with her again.

I sold my home in December of 2022 with Jennifer Edson. I was utterly disappointed with the service and the lack of help received from Jennifer in the process of selling my home. A few problems I had were as follows: -MLS listing contained spelling errors and pictures of a house that was not mine -When an offer was on the table I could not get a hold of Jennifer; she said she was unreachable because she “didn't have her phone with her” -Lack of expertise, professionalism and overall effort I write this review as a word of caution to future buyers and sellers so that they may not have the same poor experience that I did.

Jennifer helped navigate a really difficult situation, not only did she make sure all of our ducks were in order but she offered extremely helpful alternatives during the negotiation process. She was so understanding and patient with all of our questions. Couldn’t recommend her more

Jen dealt well with many unique situations sell it to a family but a nonprofit organization that had to deal with board approvals and difficulties when you have multiple voices a slow decision making that became wearisome. But we were all a team together and the job was done. Thank you Jen
