Working with Jenn made the entire process so much easier. Jenn is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and process overall and was extremely patient, friendly, and informative throughout. I'm not sure I can do justice to our experience with Jenn in a review, but I'm going to try. As it related to the sale of our home, Jenn was spot on with items that needed to be addressed to sell quickly, but without dumping money in unnecessarily. She also connected us with the right people to do it. She was knowledgeable of the market in our area, set our expectations accurately, and ultimately sold our home for more than we expected. She cares about her sellers (and buyers, as she is helping us buy a new home as well), and did everything possible to make it easy on us. She truly went above and beyond, and I can't imagine having to have sold our house with any other agent given the slew of personal family changes we had going on at the time. After receiving multiple offers, she pointed out those "extras" that helped us select the best buyers for a smooth closing. I recommend her to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home.
