Jennifer Durrett does her homework! We thought we would get a certain amount for our home in Trophy Club. After Jennifer reviewed homes that just sold in our area, she proposed a lot more money than we ever thought we would get. She brought someone in to help us declutter and make our home a showcase. She also took all this on at the beginning of the pandemic. We were nervous about people coming into our home where we take care of my husband’s 80 year old mother. She found and bought hand sanitizer so it could be used during and after viewings. She pushed for viewings which eventually sold our home! The day we were moving she came by with pizzas to help us get through the treacherous day. She did a great job managing everything for us! Thank you so much Jennifer! We appreciate your hard work!

Jennifer and her team handled all and everything about the sell of the my home very quickly. Since I had already relocated, we were able to sign agreements using DocuSign. “Super easy” Any hiccups that occurred were swiftly taking care of by Jennifer.
