Jen was an enormous help to us when buying a home. We had a very wide range of locations but Jen was patient, did her research with all the areas we were looking in and provided us with valuable advice throughout the whole process. We have found a great starter home that fits our needs thanks to Jen's persistence and knowledge of the area. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
Jen was great to work with. She was the seller’s agent initially, but also worked as the transactional broker when we went under contract (since we represented ourselves as buyers). In both roles, Jen did great and made everything easy.
Jennifer was a delight to work with. Her communication through all the stages of consulting, listing and selling our house was outstanding. She, also, did a great job researching pricing and marketing our house. As a result, we received good offers very quickly. She was very helpful during the offer stage and help us negotiate that process painlessly. During the whole process she was friendly, professional and prompt. Sometimes selling a house can be a chore, but our selling experience was very easy because Jenn was so good all aspect of her job. I never needed to wonder what was happening or what was coming next as she anticipated everything and communicated clearly what we needed to do and when. We were in a position where we had to time the sale of our house and Jenn's input on when to list and negotiated close date really helped us time everything perfectly. I just wish we could have used her to purchase our new home but we are moving out of state.
I cannot find enough words to convey how wonderful it was to work with Jennifer. I had a difficult transaction (to say the least) but we got it done. She was very patient, extremely communicative and always operating with my best intentions in mind. There was one specific occasion where I completely lost control on the phone, and being a person who is listening and patient she sat there quietly when I vented. She knew it wasn't personal and yes, I apologized later. At the closing, when we thought we were through every obstacle and almost done, she didn't challenge me when I set the pen down and would not sign another paper until an escrow account that had been omitted from the sales documents was properly included. She got into her account and starting sending all the necessary documents to the closing company, supporting my claim. I guess this is my way of saying that again, she has my best interests in mind and also, that she is extremely organized. Speaking to her organization, any time I had a question, she was able to answer me in very short order. She gave some very helpful advice about the process (even though I am not a first time home buyer) and was not annoyed with any of my queries or concerns. She makes time for all of her clients and I never felt put off because she was busy with someone else. Given the opportunity I would have Jennifer be my agent again.

Jennifer did a wonderful job, both selling our house and helping us find and buy another home. She not only did all of that but at the same time she did the same for my parents.
