Simply the very best. A natural born realtor. Highly professional, Jennifer confidently & patiently took us step by step through the process of selling our Denver Foothills home. She did several thorough walk-throughs of our home, identifying areas that needed repair & update prior to listing. She carefully explained the reasons for the pre-listing prep & was gentle but firm in pushing us to do the necessary work. She staged the house beautifully. And she was absolutely right about everything, the pre-listing home prep, staging & her skillful negotiation resulted in a quick sale & a sales price well over our asking price. She was always responsive, never left a text, email or phone call unanswered, response was usually within the hour. A medical emergency precipitated our selling the house, we needed to relocate to a lower altitude. Jennifer was sensitive to our circumstances & our sadness at having to leave our home of 30 years under duress. Jennifer made what could’ve been a super-stressful & traumatic process so much less so.
