Jennifer was fantastic at helping us through our first home-buying process. She provided a ton of information for first-time home buyers so we knew what we were getting into. Jen was very responsive to any questions we had or references for contractors. She was also very honest with us about different properties and the offers we submitted. As a former (now retired) Project Manager, I was very impressed with Jennifer's ability to quickly create a personal sequencial list of steps with schedule which included a good conservative cost analysis. In the end we came in under budget and ahead of schedule, even with a few minor added adjustments. Her flexibility and intuition helped us keep on track and prepared for the open house, which I had heard was like "grand central" according to my dear neighbors.
