When we moved to the area, we interviewed several realtors. After meeting with Jennifer, we knew immediately she was the one. We had some unique, non-traditional requests that she kept in the forefront during her searches. She went above and beyond the computerized searches to drive by places and investigate the homes ahead of time to make sure they fit our criteria. She and her team were always very accommodating to our schedules meeting us weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evenings. She patiently listened as we gave feedback on the houses we saw and continued to hone in on what would be our perfect house. Her expert advice and experience in the profession were invaluable as she pointed out structural pros and cons for homes, possible resale considerations and “real world” things to consider for day to day living in the homes we visited. She always had a recommendation for any type of service we needed, often texting in the moment to help us out. Jennifer and her team’s service didn’t stop there. She was constantly communicating with the selling parties and lenders to get us what we wanted. Speaking of, she took the time to fully understand what we were looking for and our parameters and was able to find and show us perfect homes that we never would have considered. She was masterful at the balance between honoring what we wanted and pushing us when she thought she could get us something better and within budget. She and her team were full service from start to finish. After the sellers accepted our offer, they patiently walked us through all of the logistics and tracking the tiniest of details to help close on our new home. They were always available for a question or new request. We couldn’t be happier with our realtor choice, the process, and, of course, our new home! Now, if she would just come over and help us unpack these boxes, we could be enjoying this amazing home even sooner! :)

Jennifer and entire team are very professional, experienced and helpful. Selling our house was totally stress free. They provided full service from repair, staging the house, professional photograph to checking on contractors to make sure the repair work was done as requested. Jennifer was spot on pricing the house, unfortunately we didn’t listen to her initially and listed much higher price that was out of market. We have even more respect for Jennifer after this setback.
