I take my hat off to Ms. Jennifer. I can't put into words how awesome she truly is. She was invested from beginning to end. It was almost as if she was buying the home for herself; that's just how involved she was. She became more than our agent; she became apart of the family. Jennifer made sure we understood things, and asked all the questions that I should have been asking. She was and is the perfect Realtor and I definitely give her my highest recommendation. She always told me not to worry and usually when people tell you not to worry that's when you worry but not in this case. There aren't enough great words to describe how much we enjoyed and were lucky in having Miss Jennifer as our agent. If you want a great agent to buy or sell a home, she comes HIGHLY recommended! We chose her through our relocation program through NFCU. She was very warm and caring over our initial call and that carried over into our future calls and personal meetings. When she showed us around to the different houses, she gave, each, my husband and me a detailed folder of the houses we were to see that day and pens to write down our thoughts in the notes sections of each house. It had information on nearby schools, stores, and amenities. It even had information on the HOA and its rules and regulations! There was a house in the folder that we were going to see that was off the market a week prior. I happened to see the FOR SALE sign in the front yard while driving by. She saw that it was recently taken off the market, asked us if we wanted to look at it (we said yes), contacted the seller's agent, and made it happen! We ended up buying that house, thanks to her going above and beyond the norm. It was our pleasure to work with her. We would DEFINITELY request her assistance in any future homebuying or selling. We are so fortunate to have Jennifer on our side as an experienced Realtor! She has been amazing from the start... very knowledgeable, easy to contact, and trustworthy... to name a few qualities.
