We engaged with Jennifer on the recommendation of the Broker with whom we are working with on the sale of our current home. This proved to work out well as we found Jennifer to be a great fit. From our first meeting she she demonstrated a good knowledge of the areas we were interested in looking at for our next home. Not only did she know the neighborhoods but she was an attentive listener, understanding nature of the neighborhoods we were looking for but also the elements in the home we sought. Jennifer met us at an open house for a house that seemed meet our expectations. She provided good guidance while on the tour, then afterwards once we decided to make a bid. The negotiations were critical as there were other competitive offers submitted after the open house. Jennifer knew what it would take to be successful in winning the deal. Her guidance was spot on and we are now in our new home.
