Our home buying experience was not all sunshine and rainbows. We had a baby on the way and we’re living with family so we were desperate to close on our first home. We had the hardest time with the loan approval process but our saving grace was Jen. Time and time again she went to bat for us and contacted our loan officer to light a fire under his behind so we could finally close on our first house. She was a rockstar from day one and was always on top on communication!
