We planed to move from Tennessee to Florida and needed a realtor. We had no references of an excellent realtor, and, literally, chose her from a stab in the dark! We had dealt with many other realtors in other states we had considered and none of them “clicked” with us the way she did. She worked with us seamlessly throughout our buying process - even when the seller of the property became very difficult to work with in terms of changing our closing date, learning of various large ticket items the seller didn’t want to pay for, and even after our closing when we learned there’s was a busted water pipe that had to be repaired to get our water turned on. Despite the cost of getting a licensed plumber to repair the broken pipe, and the seller’s refusal to pay for the repairs, she was relentless in fighting for the seller to absorb the cost. There was almost 5months between our initial bid and our actual closing date, and yet Jennifer kept in contact with us, calling at least weekly - usually more often than that - to continue to establish a good relationship with us. She would always ask if there was something more we needed her help with resolving any issues. When we learned the seller falsified some very valuable snd costly information, she worked diligently to get the seller to pay for the very costly needed roof repairs. During the 5 month period, we learned she actually lived 2 hours away from the property and yet, when we had questions about something, she would drive the 2 hours to get our questions answered! At the “twelfth hour” when we learned of the busted water pipe, she didn’t just let us figure it out. She contacted the seller’s realtor and didn’t give up on us. If you’re seeking a good realtor, we can’t recommend anyone any better than Jennifer. She will let you know if you’re asking too much of the seller or, if the request is reasonable and just, she eill “ho to the mat” and fight fir your rights.

Jennifer was totally awesome. She was all in with us on day one and continued to be amazing throughout the entire process. She has a great smile and if we could, would adopt her into our family. She was and is a true blessing.

Jennifer was our realtor when buying a home from out of state. It was a hectic process for us but Jennifer was diligent and willing to find our dream home. She was always available via phone and text. She was on point with all details and keeping us in the loop. She always did above and beyond when searching for the little details in a home we wanted. She is amazing and very kind. Most importantly she is professional through the whole process and I will recommend her every single time.

Jennifer was a godsend for us as we were buying from a ross the country. She did everything we could not be there to do. She was kind, and always provided assistance when requested. She went above and beyond!

Jennifer did an excellent job representing me. From the home search; negotiating the offer; signing of the contract and all the hiccups that occured throughout up until the closing day, she was there supporting me. She had me had my back. She exhibited her knowledge, professionalism and clear communication when challenges arise and was able to give good counsel or offer referral(s) to help. If you're looking for a great person who's willing to work hard with you in accomplishing your home buying goals, she's the one.

My experience with Jennifer was fantastic. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and through her questions and comments, helped me to fully realize what that was. She was totally patient with me, taking me to see many, many homes. We probably looked at about 30 different places! Once decided, she was thoroughly helpful with getting me to closing, making sure all bases were covered and providing good contacts for the processes that were needed. I highly recommend her!
