Jennifer Clukey is so great at what she does. If I had to sum it up into one word = Trust. I bought my first home this summer and was so nervous going into the process, because most of my friends have described the process of buying theirs homes as extremely stressful. I was referred to Jennifer and her team and from our first phone call I felt some of the stress melt away. It was clear from the beginning that the team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but they also really cared about finding me an amazing house, not just closing a deal. On the first house we were considering, there were some foundation problems that would need to be dealt with. We really loved the house but didn't want to do repairs and Jennifer's team was so good at explaining the time and money investment that we'd likely have to make with this home. When we found *the* house after a couple weeks of looking, Jennifer helped us but together a solid offer, and helped me stay relaxed and informed while went through inspections. We found a significant problem with the sewar line, and Jennifer saved me tons of money by coaching me through it. The sellers ended up fixing it and we got to move in to a gorgeous house that was in great shape, and we stayed WELL below budget. Throughout the time we were in escrow, Jennifer and her team checked in regularly and made sure I was staying on top of my to-do list with my mortgage lender. When we finally moved in, I was shocked at how easy the whole process had been. I expected it to be so much work, but Jennifer and her team made it SO simple and stress free.
