Jennifer worked very hard, always very responsive. She seemed to take it personally, so I never felt like the home was just another listing. Jennifer definitely knows the market. From the outset, she offered great ideas that went well beyond pricing and positioning...we even painted and replaced flooring throughout! To top that off, she managed these projects better (ie faster and cheaper) than a GC would have while I was out of town. Altogether, I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.
