Our home was in Heritage Ranch at Lake Nacimiento. There’s so many advantages of having an agent inside the gates; better understanding on pricing ( street location matters) , lake lifestyle , HOA , community events to share with potential buyers, to name a few. Jen has excellent communication skills and with 34 years of experience she knew exactly what to do to help prepare our home for sale including using professionals for marketing and photography. Even though we had a nonresponsive agent on buyers side and had a challenge with the roof overall she was able to sell our home at the price we hoped for.

Selling a home is emotional enough on its own, but selling our home in California while buying a new home in South Carolina made the whole process feel overwhelming at times. We honestly don’t know how we would have navigated it without Jen, our amazing realtor. From the very beginning, Jen went above and beyond for us. Because of her dedication, communication, and incredible attention to detail, we were able to close on our California home and transition into our new home in South Carolina with so much more ease than we ever imagined. I had to unexpectedly sell my home in Heritage Ranch, Lake Nacimiento. I do not live local as this was our second home. We loved coming to the ranch and the lake. Jen C was very efficient and has a vast knowledge of the lake area. Since she is a local of Heritage Ranch she was able to run over to our house at a moments notice and take care of things such as watering the plants, checking the locks etc.in my absence. She met every realtor and potential buyer at the home to be sure things were correctly viewed and operated. She made sure the property was locked down correctly after each viewing. We had a very quick escrow in part due to her positive energy at all the property showings. And her negotiating skills were top notch . I felt very confident and secure knowing she was in charge and kept a close eye on our property.

Jennifer did a great job guiding us through the sale of our Heritage Ranch property. Although several unexpected snags arose along the way, she remained professional, responsive, and persistent in helping us navigate each one. We truly appreciated her support and would gladly recommend her.

We had a somewhat difficult property to sale due to some existing permit issues after our first house burned down and we replaced it with a new home. Paperwork was missing with the county and Jen did a fantastic job getting us through everything to make the sale happen. She works 24/7 and has great communication skills and is on top of her game. We would highly recommend her. It was a joy working with her.
