About Jennifer

Real estate has always been a family business for me. I grew up immersed in the industry—my mother, Janet Cox, has been a Realtor for over 20 years, and my father is a builder who worked for Anthony & Son Builders. From an early age, I learned that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes; it’s about helping people put down roots, build stability, and create a place where life happens. After earning my master’s degree in human resources from Western Carolina University, I returned home to help grow our family business. My real estate career began in 2009, and over the years I’ve worked in many roles within the industry, including agent assistant, property management, and office manager at RE/MAX Lifestyle. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of the process from every angle. Today, I’m proud to serve as a second-generation Realtor, continuing a legacy built on trust, strong communication, and exceeding expectations. I guide my clients through buying, selling, and investing with clarity, care, and honest communication. Having seen both the challenges and successes of the real estate world, I understand how important it is to feel informed and supported when making major decisions. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence, knowing you have a knowledgeable advocate by your side. I’ve been married for 6 years and am a mom to two young children, Josephine and Alexander. Josie attended her first closing at 2 weeks old. They’ve been to home inspections, and showings.
