Jennifer knows the market in the Bayside community better than anyone. She prepared a thorough market analysis and presented it to me at our initial meeting and we agreed upon an asking price. She was spot on and we got that price after a very short time on the market. Jennifer kept me very well informed throughout the process. Since I am living out-of-stste I relied on her to arrange a contractor for minor repairs and cleaning. She went above and beyond in helping me.

Jen did things that we have never met another agent do (or anyone for that matter). For example, the condo was being sold furnished but the buyers asked for some items to be removed, which we agreed to. However, it would have been a real burden for us to move the items or find and schedule someone else to do it. Without hesitation, Jen said she would take care of it. That's only one example of Jen doing things she didn't have to do. In addition, she found and scheduled contractors for us and moved paperwork through the system quickly and efficiently so we could close when scheduled. We can't say enough wonderful, positive things about Jen and our experience working with her.
