Jennifer Butler

We randomly came across Jennifer when we started looking for a new house. Based off that first encounter we chose to continue with Jennifer in our house search and also for selling our previous house. She was absolutely fantastic to deal with. This is our 3rd house and Jennifer was hands down the best realtor we have had. She was very easy to work with and very prompt in communicating with us. Jennifer took the time to sit down and really try to understand what type of property we were looking for. Even though it felt like the process was starting to drag on based on the number of houses we looked at, Jennifer was always there with a positive attitude. She never hesitated to provide honest feedback and opinions on the concerns we had about the potential properties, which I really appreciated. Needless to say, if we ever find ourselves looking for a new house, Jennifer will be the first person we call.

Jennifer is amazing to work with. She and Adam make a great team. Jennifer is very responsive and great at keeping you in the loop with how things are progressing in the sale of your home. She stays on top of things and is a great negotiator! I highly recommend Jennifer and the Adam Butler team!!
