Jennifer is very knowledgeable about the current market and construction. She is prompt, professional, and works very hard for her clients. We had a difficult time closing on a new construction townhouse. The builder continually fails to meet promised obligations. Even after closing, Jennifer has continued to be an advocate for us.

This was the first home for my husband and I. Jennifer was able to walk us through the process and assist us with finding a mortgage broker. I lived out of town and it meant that I could only tour homes on the weekend. Jennifer spent several Saturdays and a Sunday showing us homes. I was most impressed with the fact that my emails and calls were answered immediately or she would send a text message stating the exact time she would respond because she was with another client.
