Jennifer was a stalwart tether to maintaining our sanity while we dealt with an incredibly difficult buyer, whose representatives were problematic throughout the purchasing period, all the way through the late disbursement. Without Jennifer carrying us through every nonsensical issue thrown at us by the buyer and their representatives we would likely have given up on the sale and checked ourselves into the hospital.
