She was 100% on top of every aspect of this home sale and was compassionate and understanding given the circumstances (this was my mother's home and she passed away so there were definitely feelings involved). She was super knowledgeable about the market, and her communication was top tear!! Even responding on days where other agents would never respond( holidays/ after work hours). The one thing she said to me when we first hired her was “I’m your advocate, and will always do and fight for what’s in your best interest.” And in my experience that was a huge understatement! Her knowledge of construction and what to look out for was invaluable as we toured both newer as well as heritage homes.
