We live in WI and after my sister unexpectedly passed away we had to sell the property. While there were many legal delays (outside of realtors wheelhouse) Jennifer kept us informed, she did all the leg work to have things set to go the minute we had the courts approval. After 5-months of legal delays, which unfortunately took us to trying to sell a house in Palmer Lake at the foot of the mountain with winter setting in.
