We have worked with Jennifer since 2019; she has helped us purchase four houses and rent three. We continue to seek her support because she is efficient, a great communicator and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry. Jennifer helped us navigate the volatile environment resulting from the COVID pandemic, we live in Florida, a state greatly impacted by influx of buyers from other states. She advised us on the necessary incentives to have our offers accepted and because she is well respected by other agents, our offers were always considered/accepted.
